Cass & Tyler are the kind of couple that make you believe in love— high school sweethearts with a bond that’s only grown stronger over time. On a very hot July day (hello, 34 degrees!), they tied the knot at the stunning Reader Rock Garden surrounded by their closest people, and it was nothing short of magic.
We kicked things off with a private first look tucked into the shade of the gardens, followed by the most emotional private vows. Let me tell you — there were tears, and it was impossible for me to hold back my own. These two were absolute champs in the heat, powering through portraits like pros with nothing but smiles, love, and a lot of trust.
Midday, we escaped the sun for a quick refresh at Cabin Brewing, where they were absolute lifesavers with ice-cold beer and the dreamiest chips + guac combo. It was such a chill moment to soak it all in before heading back for the ceremony under the trees — a little cooler, a little calmer, and so full of joy.
Their ceremony was sweet, heartfelt, and full of happy tears. And the personal touches didn’t stop there — over at Cardinale for the reception, Cass had her students (yes, she’s a teacher — cue the waterworks) write her little love notes that she hung on the wall. It was the most beautiful, sentimental detail, and such a perfect reflection of her heart.
