What. A. Weekend. 🤠Abi & Travis’ wedding at the Dog Pound Rodeo Grounds was everything you’d dream of for a country celebration and more. Guests rolled in Friday night with their tents and trailers, campfires were lit, and the party started under the stars 🔥✨. By the time Saturday rolled around, everyone was already in full celebration mode.
Their ceremony was outside under the most perfect weather. Abi started the day in her heels but, in true Alberta bride fashion, switched them out for her cowboy boots after the ceremony 👢💃. The view from one of the lookouts nearby was just… wow. Absolutely breathtaking. 🌄
And then came my favourite part of the whole weekend...their private vows after the ceremony. Just the three of us, tucked away, hearts on sleeves. Tears were flowing (yes, mine too ðŸ˜). It was one of those moments you don’t forget as a photographer, and I know they won’t forget as a couple.
Saturday night turned into another round of campfires, music, and laughter with their closest people all camping out again. Then Sunday morning, everyone gathered for brunch together...such a warm, beautiful way to wrap up the whole celebration 🥞☕.
Abi & Travis’ wedding wasn’t just a day...it was an experience. A whole weekend of love, community, and country fun that fit them perfectly.
